Sonny is an experienced entrepreneur who founded AIM Labs in 2009 to provide the St. Louis metro area with quality, local clinical diagnostic testing. Over the last 10 years, Sonny has expanded AIM Labs’ client base and portfolio of clinical testing, including a major expansion of COVID-19 testing technology in 2020. Before starting AIM Labs, Sonny served as VP of Sales for Kemco Manufacturing and VP of Business Development for Amplify Technologies. Sonny holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
Dr. Reddy leads the molecular diagnostics strategy for AIM Labs and ensures high quality molecular testing for clients and their patients. Dr. Reddy brings more than 24 years of progressive molecular and clinical laboratory experience to AIM Labs. Before joining AIM Labs last year, Dr. Reddy served as a lead scientist and biochemist for Execlixis, Dow AgroSciences, Gevo, and Agilent Technologies. Most recently, Dr. Reddy served as the staff scientist, clinical genetics and microbiology, for the Washington University School of Medicine. Dr. Reddy holds a BS in Chemistry from Acharya Nagarjuna University, an MS in Biochemistry from Andhra University, and a PhD. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Hyderabad. He is certified by the American Board of Bioanalysis (ABB) as a high-complexity clinical laboratory director/technical supervisor in molecular diagnostics and also serves as a College of American Pathologist (CAP) inspection team member.
Ali Agha leads the technology infrastructure for AIM Labs, including product strategy, IT platform support, data architecture, and custom development based on agile methodologies. Ali has been instrumental in establishing a technology roadmap for AIM Labs that has positioned the company for growth. Ali has served as a senior integration consultant and solutions architect for global organizations. He holds a Master’s in Computer Science from International Islamic University.
Wenjun, an expert in the Analytical Chemistry field and Toxicology, is the Principal Scientist and Technical Supervisor at AIM Laboratories. Wenjun joined AIM in 2018. He delivers high quality of testing production results as well as the organization research and development for long term business impacts of the company. Wenjun has more than 20 years of experience in environmental and clinical/toxicology testing. Prior to AIM, Wenjun accomplished many projects regarding method development, cost reduction, and expansion efforts into high-growth, emerging markets, as a senior scientist at Phillip Analytical Services, TestAmerica, and PremierTox Laboratories. He has extensive experience in the regulations of environmental and clinical testing such as CLIA, COLA, CAP, SAMHSA, EPA methods related etc. Wenjun holds a Master’s of Science in Analytical Chemistry and a Master’s of Science degree in Computer Science.
Michael directs the testing services for AIM Labs’ long-term care and residential care facility clients. Michael brings more than a decade of customer service and management experience to AIM Labs and has extensive experience with diagnostic labs serving long term care and residential care facilities. Some of Michael’s responsibilities at AIM Labs includes: Directing the planning and operation of high-quality long-term care services across all customers and ensuring good occupational health and safety practices are observed through the Long-Term Care Department Michael’s primary objective is to deliver exceptional service and quality results to clients and their patients, while providing a supportive and inspiring workplace for the team. Michael was trained in medical laboratory technology at the US Army Advanced Individual Training Center in Fort Same Houston, TX. Michael understands the important role that quality, rapid and insightful diagnostic testing plays in long term care residents’ quality of life and positive health outcomes.
Hallie Linnemeyer is a St. Louis native that attended Maryville University with her studies focused on Clinical Laboratory Science. She oversees and leads the daily operations of the clinical laboratory in which she is responsible for specimen handling and processing, data analysis as well as aids in the quality assurance program at AIM Laboratories. With over ten years of experience, Hallie brings to the table her specific knowledge in hematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, endocrinology as well as therapeutic drug testing. Hallie has dedicated her career in focusing on the body’s pathological responses to autoimmune diseases, metabolic disorders and infectious disease. Hallie’s specialized experience enables her to provide the most accurate test results to physicians and their patients.
As office manager and head of Human Resources, Keith helps AIM Labs run smoothly while hiring the best and brightest talent. Keith manages all employee benefits, offices services, and ensures all employees are following regulatory requirements for OSHA, FMLA and other licensing organizations. He has more than 25 years’ experience in health practice management and Human Resources, and has served as Human Resources manager for Psych Care Consultants. Kieth is also a member of the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA).
